Home sample collection by certified phlebotomists
Delivery of test reports via digital channels

Zet Health partners with NABL-accredited labs and licensed pharmacies to fulfill services. We do not manufacture or process medicines or conduct tests ourselves.
Users can book services through the app or website.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed via integrated payment gateways.
Pricing is subject to change and may vary by location or service provider.
All payments made are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
By using our services, you agree to:

Zet Health is not a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic laboratory. All healthcare and diagnostic services are fulfilled by certified third-party partners. The platform provides facilitation, not medical advice. Always consult a registered doctor for health concerns.
While we aim to provide test reports within the fastest possible turnaround, certain cases may require longer durations due to medical complexity or lab verification procedures. Zet Health is not liable for delays caused by external diagnostic partners.
Cancellations are allowed within a specified time window before scheduled sample collection or medicine dispatch. For cancellation rules, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.
All content on Zet Health’s platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software—is the intellectual property of Mida Healthcare Private Limited and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Zet Health shall not be liable for:
Any harm, injury, or loss caused due to third-party delays or errors
User actions based on report interpretations without proper medical consultation
Temporary outages or technical issues on the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
