• Doctor prescriptions uploaded to order pharmaceutical requirements.

c. Payment & Transaction Details

• UPI transaction details, payment success tokens, and billing logs (all processed via compliant payment aggregators; we do not store raw card numbers or CVVs).

d. Device & Location Data

• IP addresses, device identifier tokens, operating system, and usage telemetry.
• Precise GPS location data (necessary to dispatch the closest fleet driver or phlebotomist within 10-20 minutes).

We process your data to fulfill and scale the following services:

• Registering patient profiles and booking diagnostic schedules.
• Dispatching in-house phlebotomists to your exact coordinates for blood collections.
• Fulfilling prescriptions and delivering medications from licensed pharmacies.
• Processing collected samples at NABL accredited partner laboratories.
• Delivering secure digital health reports directly onto your app.

We do not sell your personal or health data. We share information only with trusted entities required to fulfill your orders:

• Partner Laboratories: NABL accredited laboratories processing your pathology samples.
• Licensed Pharmacies: Licensed pharmacy partners dispensing your medicine packages.
• Logistics Fleet: Phlebotomists and dispatch agents assigned to collect samples or drop off medicines.
• Legal Authorities: Regulatory bodies where mandated under Indian statutory guidelines.
• Cloud Providers: Secure hosting environments (such as AWS/Google Cloud) under strict confidentiality bounds.

We employ enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your health files:

• All health reports and personal details are encrypted both in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
• System access is limited strictly via role-based access controls to prevent data exposure.
• Data is retained only as long as necessary to maintain your health logs or meet accounting and legal regulations.

You maintain ultimate control over your personal and health records:

Zet Health does not knowingly collect profile data from individuals under the age of 18. Booking requests for children must be handled and managed directly by parents or legal guardians.
