Welcome to Zet Health (“Platform”), a diagnostic and healthcare facilitation service owned and operated by Mida Healthtech Private Limited(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing the website, mobile application, and related last-mile services provided by Zet Health, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before scheduling collections or ordering medicines on our platform.

By accessing or using any part of the Zet Health platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or installing our mobile application.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register an account and book services on Zet Health. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms.

Zet Health provides tech-enabled facilitation for the following last-mile healthcare needs:

• Diagnostic Testing Bookings: Easily browse, select, and schedule pathology and radiology tests.
• Home Sample Collection: Our certified phlebotomists arrive at your doorstep in just 10–20 minutes.
• Digital Report Delivery: Reports for samples processed by partner NABL-accredited labs are displayed directly inside the app.
• Medicine Delivery: Upload prescriptions to purchase verified medicines from licensed third-party pharmacies.

Zet Health partners with NABL-accredited labs and licensed pharmacies to fulfill these services. We do not manufacture medicines or conduct laboratory tests ourselves.

• Users can schedule diagnostics or order medicines via our mobile application.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is verified through our integrated secure payment gateways.
• Pricing listed on the platform is subject to location-based updates and service provider price changes.
• All payments are final. Refund eligibilities are governed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated profile and location details.
• Upload valid prescriptions for prescription-only medicine orders.
• Cooperate fully with our phlebotomists during home collection visits.
• Refrain from modifying, hacking, or interfering with the platform or routing logistics.

Zet Health is a technology and logistics facilitator. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical laboratory. All diagnostics and pharmaceutical fulfillments are carried out by certified third-party partner laboratories and pharmacies. The content, advice, or report interpretations provided are for informational use only and do not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a registered doctor.

We target the fastest possible turnaround times (typically 6-12 hours). However, delays may occasionally occur due to lab verification standards, sample re-runs, or transport restrictions. Zet Health is not liable for delayed diagnostics caused by partner lab protocols.

Cancellations are allowed prior to the phlebotomist's departure or medicine dispatch. Eligible refunds are automatically processed back to the original payment source within 7 working days of confirmation.

All content on the platform—including logo designs, user interfaces, illustrations, and proprietary routing software—is the intellectual property of Mida Healthtech Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Zet Health and Mida Healthtech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any diagnostic errors, delays, or omissions caused by certified third-party partner labs or pharmacies.
• Medical decisions or self-medications based on report summaries prior to clinical consultation.
• Outages, server failures, or delivery delays due to natural events, road blocks, or severe weather.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or delete your account immediately without prior warning if we detect fraudulent activity, booking abuse, or violation of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect regulatory changes or service enhancements. Your continued use of the platform after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of revised terms.
