About this test

The Kappa Lambda Ratio test measures the levels of two types of light chains (kappa and lambda) and compares their ratio. This test helps in detecting and monitoring disorders of plasma cells, such as multiple myeloma or related conditions, where abnormal protein production occurs.

Before the test
